He was knowledgeable, witty, courteous and knew what he was talking about. I felt great after about my purchase after talking with him. To help them, help you, have your license plate and mileage handy (write it down or take a photo before going in), I always found it helpful to have ready when I go in for an oil change. The whole process took about an hour, the gentleman who assisted in the beginning was professional and helpful. He provided a discount onto the service, which was nice bonus. You can also find the discounts on their website and it will save you some money. Overall this is a decent shop for an oil change and tire rotation (which was complimentary).
