They replaced the stems to rectify the problem. I’d like to thank Matt, Kerry, and Dee for their professionalism.

However, I was not given any copies of the wheel alignment before and after printouts or of the inspection findings. I asked about the alignment printouts when I picked up the car and was told they did not print the before and after readings because their machine was upgraded that day. Upgrade or not there should have been a printout or at least a photo of the alignment screen.
