    Just spent the afternoon working with Billy Ducasse at Empore Ford in Huntington and it was a pleasure working with him. Very detail oriented and made the typical stresses of buying a car easy to deal with. His patience and responses to my questions and concerns were easily explained and feel like this was meant to be. Highly recommend reaching out to him if you are looking for a car or truck. Most of the people I e dealt with at the dealer were great!

    I recently bought a used GMC at this dealership with my girlfriend. Our salesperson Billy was very helpful, communicable, personable, and most importantly trustworthy. With how the car market is these days, I can confidently say Billy and all of the dealership’s personnel guided us in the correct direction and gave us an absolute fair price.     I was reminded of an old truism: what you get at the beginning is what you get at the end. This principle of trust is what I expected from Huntington Ford, yet my experience has fallen far short. I initially brought my car in for two Ford recall services and was assured by three staff members that all required parts were in. I also expressed the inconvenience of leaving my car for the entire day and made it clear that I was only willing to allow Huntington Ford to perform the recalls if and when all parts were on hand, and that it would create a problem if this was not the case. I again was reassured all the parts were in and the service would not take more than a day. I attempted a night drop, but the key envelope was missing, forcing me to reschedule. When I finally dropped the vehicle off, I received no update. At 4:30 I felt it necessary to see what was going on. I was then told only one recall had been completed and the other part still needed to be ordered despite the earlier assurances. During that same call, I was told the dealership closed at 5 and I needed to hurry. The missing part was attributed to previous reconstruction.There was no evidence nor signs of any construction nor reconstruction. As I was not able to get a ride up to the shop in such a short time, I was forced to leave my car. Picking the car up the next day not only created an inconvenience for me but for my wife as well. Approximately two weeks later—yesterday—I received a call that the parts were in and scheduled another appointment. Around noon after that call, I thought to myself, "what a poor experience I have had," and, knowing the old truism I mentioned at the beginning of this letter, I called back and spoke to someone in the service department, related my poor experience, and asked to speak with a manager. I was told he was momentarily out but he would return my call later that same day; I never received call back. Today I again called and asked to speak to the manager. I again related my poor experience and that I never received a call back. I was then misdirected multiple times after specifically requesting to speak with the manager by the Huntington Ford service representative I was on the phone with. I was eventuallyinformed he would not be in today, 2/11/2026 and sent to the manager’s voicemail . This left me feeling gaslit and dismissed. In addition, I have concerns about the quality and completion of the work performed. I was not shown the old part or provided any confirmation that a new part was installed, for example the S/N of the new part. Since the blower recall service, I have also noticed a brief electrical smell when turning on the heat once the blower kicks in that was never present before, which raises further concern about whether the repair was completed correctly. Why would I spend my hard-earned money at Huntington Ford? When I spend my hard-earned money, I have an expectation. That expectation is trust, good product, good service. What I have received in this experience is the absence of all of that. At this point, I am requesting the following to resolve this matter: 1. A direct call from a manager to address these ongoing issues and restore confidence in the service process. 2. A loaner vehicle for the upcoming service visit to rectify the inconvenience I have experienced from Huntington Ford’s service. 3. Confirmation and documentation of the work performed, to attempt to provide or restore trust. I expect swift action because this pattern of neglect and poor service is unacceptable. I look forward to your immediate response.

    ⸻ ⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing & Unprofessional Experience I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with the used car department at Hassett Ford, specifically dealing with the used car manager. After discussing numbers in detail, we agreed on a final price for the vehicle, and based on that agreement, I left a deposit and allowed them to run my credit to move forward with the purchase. At that point, I believed we had a clear and honest deal in place. However, before finalizing the paperwork, the manager suddenly changed the price and attempted to add extra fees and products that were never previously discussed or agreed to. This felt extremely misleading and dishonest. When I questioned the changes, the manager became unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful instead of trying to resolve the issue. There was no transparency or accountability — just pressure tactics and attitude. To summarize: • Agreed on a price • Left a deposit • Credit was run • Then price was changed • Extra charges added • Manager was rude and dismissive This is not how customers should be treated, especially after committing financially and allowing a credit inquiry. Buying a car should feel straightforward and respectful, not like a bait-and-switch situation. I would not recommend this dealership, especially if you value honesty, professionalism, and clear pricing. Proceed with caution.
