I had a great experience, especially with Sam and Matt!! They were extremely kind, understanding, helpful, and were not pushy at all!! They went above and beyond throughout the entire process and gave me the absolute best experience I could’ve imagined!! They were such genuine people and I can’t thank them enough for all of their kindness!!

I've been stewing over my situation for over 4 months now but finally decided to leave a review. Stay away from this place. Long story short I drove nearly 4 hours to look at two vehicles. The salesman Usama was running around like a chicken with his head cut off helping 20 other people and finally when it was time to get down to the numbers I was brought into another room with a little guy with an attitude. When they ran the numbers on one of the vehicles he comes back with incredibly High interest rate. I have a very good score so I said why is the interest rate so high & he remarked what do you expect you're in Long Island. Which makes no sense. So I decided to test drive the second vehicle which was about the same price. So he calls Usama back in the room and says this one's too expensive for him it's too rich for his blood which was very demeaning. I should have walked away then. After haggling over a couple hundred dollars I decided on the second vehicle but still a higher interest rate than I should have with my score. As we're getting ready to finalize the deal and drive away I noticed a cracked windshield. The salesman says these vehicles are sold as is so I said I'm not leaving this dealership unless you guys pay for this windshield which surely was not like that when I test drove it. So they come back with a paper stating they'll pay for the windshield. So I asked him if I can I get it done closer to where I live instead of driving the 4 hours. Usama said I'll see what I can do. After about a month and a half of calling and emailing Usama I was left with no other choice than to go to his manager Sean. I left Sean three messages to call me back regarding the windshield and never a response. At this point I have given up.
Update —
Immediately after sending Sean an email, he called me back, apologized but had never gotten my messages. He was polite, apologetic and seemed genuinely vested in resolving the issues and working personally with me to resolve. I have an appt 3/9 and will update again after.

Joe the service manager is a rude individual, that told me it wasn’t his job to help me that’s what he had people for !! The service staff isn’t much better. Had my car in for service in early September - they said it was fixed but it wasn’t - have been trying to get an appt and they take the appt. I confine a few days before and then when I show up they don’t have the appt or loan a car. I have left 3 messages for the GM or asst GM to call me back and still waiting. I would recommend finding a new place to buy and service your Chevy
