He set me up with a sales rep however, as soon as I sat down, the lady told me that she was new at her job and I told her that’s fine and I was extremely patient with her except she was very, very rude. She kept talking over me Never answered any of my questions and argued at every point as soon as I utter a word she kept talking over me when I told her if you can kindly allow me to speak she started to insult me. If Matt, the sales manager is reading this, this person needs to be fired. This person has zero manners to even allow a customer to speak. Matt if you’re reading this, she’ll probably lie to you and I’m sure you can review camera footage and see for yourself but this person needs to get fired. This is a terrible stain on your dealership. I left immediately. She proceeded to insult me and I got angry and I told her that she’s a terrible sales person and I left

He made the whole process smooth and with no hidden add ons like most dealerships. Paul in finance was a true gentleman and also moved that area of car purchasing along on NY EVE very quickly. When we picked up the car we actually got into a 2026 Trax which Billy and his manager made happen with no additional cost to us. The whole atmosphere here was really top notch, no games. We cannot say enough great things about Billy plus his help with the trade in too. Shout out to Ariana who set our appointment as well.
