  Yaelin was an absolute pleasure to work with, along with the rest of the team at Empire. We got the exact model we were looking for and Yaelin answered all of our questions and even walked us through pairing our phones to the car! It was a smooth process from the test drive, to the paperwork to taking our previous lease off our hands! Yaelin even got us a big red bow for photos! I highly recommend Empire!

  Fred was our sales person and we have worked with Fred before. He always finds us the car we want. He is always professional and courteous and we feel comfortable working with him on our new lease. He walks us through the many choices available and tailors our lease payments to our needs. When we picked up our Lincoln, Steven was the tech guy that walked us through the new car features on the 2026 Nautilus. It was a new learning experience from the 2023 Nautilus we returned. Steven understands this technology like he created it himself and without his patience and help, we would have struggled to understand all the features. Steven was great, he's very patient and answered all of our questions and spent at least 30 minutes walking us through the system and also setting up our profiles for various functions. It was a pleasure working with Fred and learning from Steven. He also said we can reach out to him anytime we have questions about the technology. We couldn't ask for a better experience in transferring to our new leased car. These guys are the Best!

  Everyone over at Empire Ford was great to work with! They made trading in my old car easy and getting my new car even easier. Sam helped with locating my new car and with going through the different payment options. Stephen made the whole process so easy & took time to show me the different features in the new car. Highly recommend.

  My husband and I stopped in to Empire Lincoln on Saturday to look around and get a feel for the aviator as we currently have a nautilus & need to size up. We were greeted by Rodrigo and from there had a great experience! He was extremely knowledgeable on the car and different models, was helpful on going over leasing and financing & never applied any pressure on us to make a decision. We went back a few days later and he helped us quickly to get the process going so we could leave with our new aviator the same day! He was a pleasure to work with & very personable. 10/10 experience and would highly recommend! Thanks Rodrigo!
