  Really great experience at Empire Ford. Billy Ducasse was first class. He treated my wife and I with respect and enthusiasm. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and he guided us through the whole process from insurance, to credit to delivery. Jayson was also great making us feel like a family member being looked after. Oftentimes a car purchase is fraught with stress and doubt. At Empire I was given transparent pricing, quick financing and we love our new Ford Explorer! Thank you Empire.

  1. First service for vehicle was supposed to include: Oil change , brake insp, and tire rotation. This was supposed to be complimentary for new f-150 at 10,000 miles 2. The service guy said you’re not entitled to that. He asked if my car was purchased from Toyota? NO, BRAND NEW FROM EMPIRE FORD. 3. I showed my documentation and they agreed to offer an oil change. They did an oil change with cheap oil that requires the next change at 3,000 miles. The vehicle computer is still calibrated to have next change in 10,000 miles. This is disgusting!! I I did not authorize this and would have paid for the higher quality. Very disappointed. No tire rotation, no brake inspection, very disappointed.

  I was very specific about the vehicle I was looking for and it just so happened that the very first one I started my search with was the one I ended up purchasing and I did a lot of looking. I was looking for a 2025 Explorer with under 20k miles. Empire had a beautiful example with everything that I was looking for and more with the lowest price by far within a 100 mile radius of my house. My salesman Brad Simon was fantastic, he had the vehicle washed and ready to test drive as soon as I got there. The vehicle was immaculate and even though it was pre owned it only had 1200 miles and still smelled brand new inside. There was very little negotiating to do because the price was so good from the beginning but Brad did his best to see that I got the best deal and was happy throughout the process. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and the finance manager did a great job of getting me the best rate possible. The entire transaction from start to finish only took about 3 hours and I drove the vehicle home with me that day. I would like to give huge thank you to Brad and everyone at the dealership for making the purchase so easy. Car shopping can be a nightmare if you end up at the wrong place. There were no hidden fees or surprises, everyone was honest and I could not have been happier with my experience at Empire

From the moment I arrived, Rodrigo greeted me with a level of professionalism and friendliness that immediately set the tone. He wasn’t pushy, he wasn’t trying to rush me into anything, and most importantly, he actually listened. I told him what I was looking for, what my budget was, and what features mattered most to me, and he took all of that seriously. Instead of trying to upsell me into something unnecessary, he worked with me to find the perfect Ford Escape that checked every box. What really stood out was how knowledgeable he is. He walked me through every trim option, explained the differences clearly, and made sure I understood what I was getting without overwhelming me with jargon. When it came to features like the AWD system, safety tech, and infotainment, he broke everything down in a way that made it easy to feel confident in my decision. That extra effort really shows the kind of person he is. Overall, this was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Rodrigo went above and beyond at every step, and it made a huge difference. If you’re going to Empire Ford, do yourself a favor and ask for him. You’ll get someone who is honest, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about making sure you leave happy. Five stars all the way.
