I've been a Chevy/GM customer for 12 years and this was by far the easiest experience I've had. I walked into Empire Chevy of Huntington just looking and to discuss my options as my lease was coming to an end. THANKS to Antonio & Matt for listening to what I needed/wanted in a new vehicle. They were so patient and transparent and I was able to drive away in my brand new 2026 Traverse!
I would give zero stars if I could. I made an appointment to test drive a used car. Upon entering the dealership the staff were cold and unwelcoming. It felt as if I had walked into someone’s home uninvited rather than come to a dealership ready to purchase a vehicle. I told them I had an appointment and the staff member told us it was in another lot and would take 2-3 hours. When I mentioned I had an appointment the dismissive reply was, “That’s just our call center.” I made this appointment three days before and had been texted by their representative that morning to confirm I was coming only to be greeted like a trespasser. I have never experienced that type of environment in any customer service setting and would never buy a car from this dealership.
From the moment we walked in, Billy greeted us with a smile and a calm, casual, and helpful demeanor (which I was honestly worried about — I expected to feel bombarded or hounded like most car dealership experiences tend to be). Empire Chevy felt very different from any dealership I’ve ever walked into, and that was largely thanks to Billy Luna.
He made the whole experience so enjoyable (probably my first ever). We talked through what I was interested in, went over the different features within each tier, and did a test drive. He was so patient as we worked through my budget and got to a number that actually made sense for me.
I was in and out in about 3.5 hours with a car, all thanks to Billy and the team. From the finance manager, to the insurance support on-site, to the manager checking in throughout — you can really tell they care about the service and experience they’re providing. I’ve never had such a seamless and pleasant car buying experience. I’ve honestly been ranting about it to everyone I know.
Billy was also kind enough to follow up a few days later to check in on how everything was going with the car and if I had any questions.

I found this dealership through Cargurus and called them directly to discuss a used car. They confirmed the price over the phone and sent me an email with an iPacket containing vehicle information and pictures. After I reviewed everything, I called back to make an appointment to see the vehicle. Once my appointment was set for 3 days later, one day later I got an automated email saying the price of the vehicle had changed. It went up $3,000. Luckily I had a screen shot of the posted and telephone confirmed price. I called to question this and they (Joe Dileo) told me the price can change daily and they wouldn't honor the price they confirmed the day before. I'm sure my appointment and interest in the vehicle caused the price increase and they were probably hoping I didn't have a screen shot to prove the lower price. Shady practices and people like this give used car dealers a bad name. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!
