The front-end alignment they performed was excellent, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. However, I do have a concern regarding their pricing practices. They wanted to charge $25 per tire for wheel balancing, which I never requested. I refused the service because the price was far too high, especially when most competitors such as All Weather Tires include balancing in the tire purchase or charge only a few dollars per tire. Although I did not buy my tires from Mavis (I could have), this unnecessary and inflated cost makes their pricing less competitive. I would definitely return to Mavis for a wheel alignment, as the quality of that service was excellent. However, I strongly encourage management to review their pricing policy and ensure customers are clearly informed before additional services like wheel balancing are suggested or performed.
