  The Sunday crew at this jiffy lube was amazing and very helpful I came to get an oil change as they got very busy. Justin was extremely helpful with car knowledge and the two guys working together on car did amazing. Will be back thank you

  I’ve been a loyal customer of Jiffy Lube for years and have typically had positive experiences, usually being greeted and triaged shortly after pulling into the lot. Unfortunately, this most recent visit was very disappointing. I waited quite some time before anyone even approached my vehicle. Once myself and another customer were finally in the service bay, Justin began making several unprofessional remarks within earshot of both of us. His comments made it seem as though he was hoping customers would leave so they could claim it was slow and go home early. It was barely flurrying outside and nothing was sticking, yet he said things like, “Don’t rush, we get paid hourly,” and made remarks about people “coming in a storm to get an oil change” as if customers were being unreasonable. He also stated he wanted to go home, complained loudly throughout the visit, mentioned reporting oil spills downstairs, and even questioned what people would do if Jiffy Lube “disappeared.” For context, I did not come in because of the weather. My check engine light had come on, and it was my first day off, so I came in as previously planned—well before any mention of a storm. As a long-time customer, it was disappointing to feel unwelcome and inconvenienced for simply coming in for service. This type of behavior is a quick way to lose loyal customers. I am honestly unsure whether I will return, but if I do, I hope the location is being run by professionals who take pride in their work. I do want to acknowledge that Chris was extremely polite, professional, and respectful throughout my visit, and I truly appreciated his demeanor.

  I normally do my own oil changes but with the weather being the way it's been, I decided to bring my car in for an oil change. Very friendly staff, quick and easy process.

  Came in for a simple service, they helped me out with more than I thought I needed and super quick, The manager Anothony was very helpful along with his employees, also a plus they even walked me to the lobby 😊
