Repairing a Rivian requires specialized knowledge, especially with its aluminum body structure, advanced electronics, and ADAS systems. The team demonstrated true expertise from start to finish. Panel alignment, body gaps, and contour lines are absolutely factory-level. The paint match is flawless — even under direct sunlight — and the blend work is undetectable. A special thank you to Joe, Customer Service Specialist, who was professional, responsive, and proactive throughout the entire process. He kept me informed at every stage and made the repair experience smooth and stress-free. Credit also goes to owner John Picciano and his team for running a first-class operation. Their commitment to OEM-level repair standards and technical precision really shows in the final result. If you own a Rivian or any high-end vehicle and want repairs done properly — this is the place. Highly recommend.
