    It was not explained to me that I had to return the rental car back at the same time as when I picked it up. I had informed the employee that I needed the car a little later because I had a class. It told me it would be fine. When I received my bill I see there is an additional charge. I didn’t appreciate that. I should been told about the additional charge. I’m not happy about that & would probably use another rental car service the next time
