  My experience at Empire Toyota was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I purchased a vehicle that still had an active lien on the title, which prevented me from taking possession of the car immediately. As a result, I was forced to wait over two weeks before finally receiving the vehicle. When I later returned to cancel a Vehicle Service Agreement, I was told the cancellation had been processed and that a refund was issued. After following up directly with the financial services company, I was informed that the cancellation had never been submitted at all. Additionally, I was owed a $110 refund due to an error in the down payment amount. It has now been 34 days, and I still have not received this refund. I have returned to Empire Toyota four separate times attempting to resolve these issues, only to receive vague explanations and no actual resolution. The lack of transparency and follow-through has been extremely concerning. Their practices feel misleading, and customers who are not familiar with dealership processes are clearly disadvantaged. I would not recommend Empire Toyota and will not be doing business with them again.

  Highly recommend Alexander Reyes] at Empire Toyota! We recently bought our new sienna from Alex and the experience was top-notch from start to finish.   We had an incredible experience at Empire Toyota, Charlie Meuser was very honest and personable and gave us all the information we needed to comfortably make a purchase. He was also accessible and very responsive whenever we had questions and was able to handle the purchase itself quickly and smoothly. I would highly recommend asking for him if you're looking for a great experience buying a car! Chelsie was also a joy to work with when taking care of all the paperwork and finances. Everyone there made the whole experience simple and stress-free. I couldn't be happier with my experience there!

  Empire Toyota has the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The sales manager was unbelievably rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. This person single-handedly killed the deal. I was literally ready to purchase a $59,000 vehicle, and because of his disgusting attitude, I walked away. No respect, no basic customer courtesy, no professionalism whatsoever. If this is how Empire Toyota trains or tolerates their sales management, then they clearly don’t value customers or sales. This individual should not be working in sales—let alone managing customers who are ready to spend serious money. Empire Toyota seriously needs to clean house, because behavior like this drives customers straight to competitors. I will never return here, and I will strongly advise others to stay away unless they enjoy being treated like garbage. Absolutely shameful dealership.
