A True DISGRACE to the Toyota name:
Let me preface this review by saying that I love Toyota and Lexus. Unfortunately, this dealership makes it nearly impossible to maintain that sentiment.
Let me walk you through 40,000 miles of ownership on our 2024 Corolla GR and let you decide whether you’d ever want to purchase or service a vehicle at this establishment (and I use that term loosely).
Finding a GR—Toyota’s premier performance model—wasn’t easy, nor was it cheap. One of the benefits of buying new is the included 20,000 miles of complimentary service. During those 20,000 miles, this dealership serviced the car at every interval: 5k, 10k, 15k, 20k, and more.
At 3,000 miles, we brought the car in for an early oil change to remove the factory break-in oil. We were immediately met with resistance. Staff questioned why we’d want it done early, treated it like a regular Corolla, and even suggested 10,000-mile oil intervals—demonstrating a clear lack of understanding about the GR platform. Eventually, the service manager, Romeo, stepped in and began correcting the situation—but this was only the beginning.
Every visit here feels like pulling teeth. To keep this brief, I won’t detail every incident, but nearly every service appointment was met with friction.
Keep in mind, this is a GR model—designated as master-tech-only. Despite that, the car was at the dealership six separate times before I, the customer, noticed that the original shipping suspension blocks were still installed and had never been removed. Six tire rotations, and no one noticed—or cared. That alone should be alarming.
The final straw: my father brought the car in for a noise when turning right. He explained the issue and was told it was likely a wheel bearing and that it would be covered under warranty, though the part needed to be ordered. For once, we were optimistic. It felt like we were finally receiving the level of service you expect when purchasing a new performance vehicle.
Wrong.
After waiting a month for the part, my father returned. This time, Romeo was present and questioned the warranty coverage. After an hour, the “master” technician claimed it was not the wheel bearing and that replacing it would be a waste of time. They suggested it was “probably the wheel or tire.” My father explained he had already swapped two different wheels and installed a new tire with no change in the issue.
Instead of listening, the team belittled him, raised their voices, said directly he was lying, and treated him with outright disrespect—the very opposite of being “dedicated to serving the customer.”
After considerable pushback, they finally replaced the wheel bearing.
It fixed the problem.
We’re happy the car is repaired, and even happier to say good ridden to this dealership for good.
Buyer beware.
I will absolutely purchase more Toyotas in the future—but they will be bought and serviced as far away from this half-baked, sorry excuse for a Toyota dealership as possible. This place is a true disgrace to the Toyota name.

I had a very frustrating experience with Toyota of Huntington. I purchased a vehicle and paid in full, but never received my title. Communication has been extremely poor. Jordan takes days to respond, repeatedly says he’s “waiting to hear back,” and provides no real updates. I ultimately had to order a duplicate title myself because nothing was being resolved.
I also requested additional documents and received no response. When I call the dealership directly to get answers, he becomes upset instead of addressing the issue.
Paying for a car in full should not come with this level of stress and lack of accountability. Very disappointing experience.
We had such a great experience at Empire Toyota in Huntington, NY. Charlie was amazing from start to finish. Even coming in on Valentine’s Day and staying late, he made sure we never felt rushed. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely focused on making us comfortable.
We called ahead to share our preferences, and Charlie had the car prepared and parked outside for us to view. He walked us through both new and used car options and explained everything clearly, no guessing games or surprises.
Chelsea in finance went above and beyond to find us the best interest rate, taking extra time happily to make sure we got the best option. Charlie and the whole team were flexible and handled everything patiently.
Even the used cars we looked at were clean and well-prepared. Having visited Toyota Westbury first, we can honestly say Empire Toyota in Huntington is on a completely different level, world apart.
Charlie and the team made the experience smooth, respectful, and truly customer-focused. We highly recommend them!

This Service team here at Empire Toyota has my deepest appreciation, respect, and loyalty. From The moment you roll through the glass garage door, you are greeted with smiles and willingness to solve or execute your service quickly and efficiently from Kathy at the front desk who is such a charmer to one of my favorites Yeimy Service Advisor (she makes the Logistics of it all work out) Who has great knowledge and works effectively To order any parts or solve your problem by finding the right people to do the job . Very comfortable leaving my brand new 90 K truck with her any day And the mechanics here are a plus top notch guys with certifications hanging on the wall and coming out three years. These guys let me tell you are freaking good at their jobs. Mike and Wilson are two of the smartest guys who figured out the stupidest problem that stumped another dealership. They figured it out in under five minutes and who could’ve known it was a silly little part that you didn’t even know existed, but God was it annoying without it, but let me tell you how happy I am with empire Toyota, and this service team. Sorry to go on and on, but I do believe they deserve it to empire Toyota and the Service team at Huntington Station I salute you.

Yoelis Fernandez is the only car salesman my family will ever use. He is honest, truly cares, listens to all of the details of what type of vehicle you both need and want, then, he finds the perfect fit for you and makes the vehicle of your dreams appear without a worry or hesitation. Our first exceptional experience with Yoelis was in purchasing a used RAV4 in July of 2024. He has been an absolute blessing through this whole experience and was amazing on our last purchase as well, but this time because of all of the intricacies of our situation (timing, insurance, dmv transfer, etc.), his abilities were truly highlighted and showcased.
