- KMKayla McMullenMar 30, 20265.0Update : I was contacted by their customer service representative after I posted my review. The woman I spoke to was extremely helpful and kind. They compensated my account and promised to have their IT department contact my service center to fix the issues they’ve been experiencing with the system. I will follow up when appropriate. Every company has issues , I think how you handle them speaks volumes and I’m impressed with the way they rectified the situation. I have had to travel an extra hour and a half just to get my calibrations done at a different service center location due to my service center system being down for over THREE MONTHS! Gas , tolls , and the service center I have to travel too cost double to get a calibration done there. This all started before their cyber attack where I still have not been refunded for the out of pocket costs I have occurred because of it. This company is already expensive as it is!
