Unfortunately, this did not result in the issue being resolved. Instead, I spent most of the morning on the phone without meaningful assistance. I’m sharing this so others understand that while outreach was made, the problem was not actually addressed. To clarify, after this response I called the number provided four times. Three calls were disconnected. On the fourth call, the representative contacted the shop and ultimately told me that I “did not pay to have the tires put on the car.” I was also told that I could obtain an estimate from another shop for a lower price and mail it in. This did not resolve the issue and required a significant amount of time on the phone. I’m posting this update so others understand that while outreach was made, the matter was not actually addressed.
