I brought my 2022 Silverado in on September 20, 2025 for front brakes; they replaced a caliper, pads, and rotors and failed to properly reset the sensor. Weeks later I heard a noise and got a low brake fluid warning; on November 5 their regional manager showed a torn caliper boot leaking fluid on the other side of the front brakes. After more work their replacement caliper was defective, they couldn’t clear the brake system error, and the truck was limited to 43 mph. A dealership diagnosed a failed master cylinder and related components requiring $3,579.24 in repairs that did not exist before Mavis worked on my truck. Mavis performed all the brake work that led to this damage but has refused to compensate me for the repair costs or lost time. Avoid this location and think twice before trusting them with your brakes

I came in right before closing after Jiffy Lube told me my tire only had 15 pounds of pressure. I honestly just asked if I needed an appointment, and without hesitation they said, “No — we’ll take it right in.” They immediately brought my car in, found a nail in the tire, removed it, and fixed the problem on the spot — all at the end of their day, when many places would have turned me away. There was no rushing, no attitude, just genuine professionalism and kindness. This is what real customer service looks like. Mike and Ryan went above and beyond, and because of them I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending this location to everyone I know. Thank you for taking care of me when I needed it most.
