Had the device put in, no one to explain how to use it and now after 2 weeks it need to be reset where I have to disconnect the battery. Im doing my part and now im stuck at the store in the cold and rain by myself. Great unit. Not.
To your response, I did call several times. I know how to start it now but none of your employees wants to help resolve the issue.
