I had brake parts that were in good condition, and another Advance Auto location told me they would exchange them for store credit if everything checked out. This location refused, and it felt like the manager shut it down rather than there being a clear, consistent policy. This isn’t a knock on Advance Auto as a company. The employees were helpful. I just wish management handled situations like this more reasonably and consistently between locations, because it ended up wasting my time.
