  I strongly advise against having any work performed at this establishment. Their purported "guarantee" is nonexistent. They would not repair the vehicle again. My vehicle was involved in a collision with an older gentleman, and his insurance covered the repairs. I chose this shop because it was approved by the insurer. While the repairs were completed promptly, rust began appearing within a month. This indicates substandard workmanship and inferior materials. Update: he did reach out to tell me they wont fix what they already messed up. So no solution….

  Ended up there because of my insurance claim. Got additional work done there since. Although they aren’t the cheapest, they do know what they’re going and their work is guaranteed. Joe will definitely get to the root of the problem. Worth the 45min drive from Ithaca

  Fast and easy process!!! The staff were fantastic and very helpful and welcoming. My vehicle got assessed quickly and was able to schedule appointment for repair the following week. Car rental met me at the shop. My vehicle repair was completed on time as they estimated. Picked it up and left keys for the rental right there. Everything was very smooth. And the paint looks great; like new again👍

  Will NEVER take my car there again! Such bad service! When I picked my car up the writing is still all around my car, they cut the fog light out of my car and left it under my hood!!! so now I need to replace it with buying the wiring, they left my headlight hanging half way out it’s not in all the way! Also left my hood cracked! Didn’t realize my hood was open till I was going down the road!!! I am very disappointed in the place! I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!!!
