- NMNancy MincerOct 24, 20251.0Very dissatisfied with Enterprise. My reserved vehicle was a Nissan Rogue. They gave this vehicle to the person 2 ahead of me in line. I was given "what they had left" according to the person at the counter. I ended up with a Volkswagen Jetta. I was going to be traveling and wanted something comfortable for my large passengers. With the Jetta, my grandsons knees were basically in his chin. I was the 5th person in line, and no one was given the vehicle they had reserved. This is extremely poor service on the part of Enterprise!

Nothing to learn about them in this area, they must have went subterranean before I got to speak to them. Enterprise was a decent experience though. I am not sure what the name was of the clerk I was working with but they were helpful in helping me select the appropriate car. I am heading north evermore in search of them.
