  We had a wonderful experience with Sarah at the enterprise counter! It was Christmas eve and she was very warm and welcoming. She even offered us festive hand sanitizer. We got through our rental process quickly and were on our way in no time. She is a gem.

  Was in desperate need of a ride from enterprise to a destination within 10 miles. I attempted to get an uber for an hour and a half with no luck. This city in rural PA had no taxi service (thanks to Uber) so that wasn’t an option. Approaching closing and desperate I finally got a ride from a customers son. Humiliating and unnecessary. There were more than half a dozen people working that could have given me a ride. Less than one if I could.

  Left me stranded in upstate NY because they wouldn’t even attempt to run my credit card, claiming it was not a credit card. Funny thing was I used the same credit card with Enterprise a month prior. I have never ever experienced anything like this. Was my money/credit not good enough? This was even with the manager. No attempt to help or try to figure it out, just seemed like they didn’t want me to rent a car for whatever weird personal reasons. Do yourselves a favor and just go somewhere else. You also will smell like fast food when you leave this area if the airport, it’s weird.
