We desperately needed a car at the last minute and in spite of being very short on cars they got us into something within 2 hours, and when that car had issues a few days later they immediately got us switched into a new one. They were also just very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Definitely turned that first day around from a devastating situation to a great day.
