  The workers were very nice however I feel I overpaid for the parts needed.

  I had a blowout while traveling. It was after 5:00 pm and most places were closed. My tow driver made numerous calls to locate a tire place to get me back on the road. My tow driver was promised by the call center handling calls for Monro Tire if he had my vehicle at their shop by 7:00 pm I could be back in the road. We rushed to make it in time only to receive a call from the actual shop advising we had been misinformed and the earliest I could get back on the road would be sometime the following morning. I was devastated. Now stranded I had to find a hotel for the night in an unfamiliar town. While the call center was a dreadful customer experience - the shop’s personnel were perfection. Tom, got me scheduled for the following morning- he apologized over & over for the call-center’s error and helped me locate a hotel that was clean, safe & affordable. Tom’s genuine concern and impeccable customer service I received form him was in direct contrast to the call center. I was on the road the following morning with a new tire at a reasonable price. I will never trust their call-center but I will trust Tom and/or the on-site staff.

  I normally go to local mechanics I trust, but I used Monroe this time because they were open on the weekend and I needed the repair quickly. The job ended up taking until Monday and the total came to $608 for a muffler replacement, even though the rest of the exhaust system is relatively new (which the staff even commented on). After speaking with a couple of mechanics I usually use, it’s clear that this price is significantly higher than what they would normally charge for the same repair. The work itself appears to have been done well and I’m glad to have my car back, but the service was frustrating. I never received a call when the job was finished and only found out through a series of texts from Monroe asking me to leave a review. I have never left a review, but this experience felt worth mentioning. I’ll likely return to the local mechanics I normally use in the future.

  The guys at the shop were great, but their supplier is awful! They told the Monro guys they had the part and sent it, then after a week said they didn't have it. They finally sent one and we had to wait another whole week for it to show up. Over two weeks for a part I could have ordered online and had it overnighted. Took the guys less than an hour to install it once it was finally delivered. Ridiculous…

  Your manager Tom was so demeaning. His attitude cost your store THOUSANDS. What a rude and hostile person you have working there. Hey Tom, don't treat customers like they are beneath you. You're all over Facebook with complaints now.
