- DDDamien DinsmoreFeb 23, 20261.0I spent 600 dollars today to have them diagnose my electrical....they said 1 hr of computer diagnosis fpr 124.99 which ok but 2 and 1/2 hrs of labor at 174 per hr to have nothing fixed and still got charged.... guy moved slower then a turtle took his sweet time I highly recommend not going here this is the worst service ive ever had... very unsatisfied

When I left I still had low tire pressure and no windshield washer fluid. Now if there is one thing I was taught growing up is if you change the oil you rotate the tires, fill the fluids, and anything else that needs done. When I looked on the invoice it said customer refused. No customer did not refuse anything but 4 new tires. I will not go back again I will go elsewhere next time. Do better be better Monroe Muffler! Oh and the hood wasn't latched when I left!
