    i had to have an alignment they were quick customer service is non existent and almost rude i would try to find another alternative in the future very disappointed

    Tried to charge me $160 for an oil change. Failed inspection for an emergency brake that is fully functional, passed inspection at the next shop. then parked my car right on the edge of Seneca street with no sticker in the window. Shady mechanics, shitty customer service. Take your business elsewhere

    They were able to fix the problem with my vehicle but I had to call and push to have it done. My vehicle was scheduled to be fixed on a Friday at 11. I brought it in on Thursday night. My vehicle was not even looked at until Sunday. They put the part in and I was able to pick it up at noon.

    At first I was really impressed. I went in for one tire and they had it done in half an hour. The next day I realized I got the wrong tire. I wanted a Goodyear, I got a cooper. No big deal, it holds air and spins. A week later the bolt snapped in my caliper slider pin and I had to take the wheel off (nothing to do with them). Every lugnut on the wheel was rounded off and one was missing the chrome exterior. I had to pound on a smaller socket to get them off and then make a trip to get new ones. It happens with these cheap lugs that they make nowadays, but it would have been nice of them to let me know they rounded them off. Luckily I was at home with tools and not on the side of the road.
