One reason I have been a loyal customer has been the Manager, Charles. (Chuck to all his customers). He has always been knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and honest as Manager of all the other entities and continues those traits with Jiffy Lube.

- MKMegan KerrDec 18, 20255.0Chuck and his crew have always been extremely helpful to me! Chuck is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to your concerns, and answer them honestly. You will always meet him with kindness and professionalism. The girl who works the counter/reception area is also very professional. At my most recent visit, I waited a couple hours to have my truck inspected because there were a few customers ahead of me (no big deal, I wasnt in a rush). While I waited in the lobby, Kiersten dealt with several rude customers who had come in, and she continued to smile and be polite and professional. She explained to them the reason why things were taking a little longer than the customer had liked, and even when met with snide comments/remarks, she maintained her composure. Chuck and Kiersten are only 2 of the many great people that work at our local Jiffy Lube. I've never been disappointed by the customer service from any of their employees. To make things even better, I've always felt I can trust them with my vehicles, to ensure they are safe to drive, and they help me make the most informed decisions for what work needs to done, and what work doesn't need to be done right away.
