They were great, William was awesome. One of the owners even came out and suggested a book for me about defensive riding. Finally a dealer that actually cares.

I live about 1 1/2 hours away. I am currently working in Long Island for a project. The first time I needed their assistance, my fill cap on my motorcycle came off while riding. They brought me a new oil cap & oil to my jobsite. The second time I needed their assistance, my frame slider on the left side was missing when I parked my bike at work. I brought my bike over to them, they installed a new set of frame sliders with minimal wait time.
I never purchased a piece of equipment from them, but they still treated me like family. I have owned numerous ATV's, motorcycles & other power sports equipment. This dealership by far has been the most pleasant, fair, & reasonably priced dealership/repair shop. The repairs I had done at Long Island Kawasaki Yahama, were less expensive than if I brought my bike to a repair shop.
Highly recommend them, would definitely give them more of my business if I lived closer.
I recently purchased a motorcycle and had an outstanding experience working with William. from start to finish, he was incredibly responsive, personable, and respectful. What truly stood out to me, though, was his integrity. He is is genuinely a man of his word. Everything he promised, he delivered on, which made the entire process smooth and stress free.
He even went above and beyond by helping me load the bike into my trailer and making sure it was properly strapped down for the long ride home. That level of care and attention really meant a lot and speaks volumes about his commitment to his customers.
Its not every day you come across someone so dedicated to doing right by people. I highly recommend asking for William if you're considering purchasing a motorcycle. Thanks again for making this such a positive experience!
P.s. Even though most of my interaction was with William during this experience, everyone was a absolute pleasure to meet with and talk too. Colin and Erika were even able to steer me in the right direction to find a place to eat lunch while I waited for my bike.

I brought my scooter to Long Island Kawasaki Yamaha for poor gas mileage and hard starting, and specifically requested a valve check. I was asked to leave the bike for several days.
When I returned, I was told no work was performed due to parts availability. However, the shop cut off the muffler support clamp because it was “loose” and returned the bike without replacing it.
This is a structural exhaust support. Without it, the bike is unsafe to ride and at risk of further damage.
When I raised this, I was told the part would take 6–8 weeks and that there was nothing they could do. When I asked for a solution, I was told they no longer wanted my business.
The manager (John) ignored multiple callbacks and was dismissive and rude in person.
I’m sharing this so others are aware: my scooter was returned in worse—and unsafe—condition than when I brought it in, with no accountability or resolution.

4/8/26 - Thank you for the response. A few key points need to be clarified.
I brought the scooter in for a valve check, which was not performed, yet I was still charged. During your inspection, the exhaust clamp was cut off rather than properly unfastened. This was not a “seized” component, as I was later able to loosen the bolt myself with basic tools.
The scooter was returned with a gap in the exhaust, causing stalling, excessive noise, vibration, and hot exhaust exposure, making it unsafe to ride. When I asked for a temporary solution, I was told I would receive a call back, which never happened despite multiple follow-ups. When I finally spoke with the owner, I was told to take it elsewhere.
Mistakes can happen—what matters is how they are handled. Returning a vehicle in worse condition, without a repair, a temporary fix, or a follow-up, is not an acceptable standard of service.

4/11/26 - Update: The business response was temporarily not visible and has since reappeared. I stand by the facts outlined above regarding the condition in which my scooter was returned and the lack of resolution provided.
