  After my car was badly damaged, I was incredibly stressed about the repair process, but Ernie and his team made everything seamless and put my anxiousness at total ease. Tammy, and Karen in the office were amazing. They handled everything quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. When it was finally time to pick up my car, it looked flawless – like the accident never happened. The quality of the work is truly outstanding; my car looks as beautiful as the day I bought it. Even though the shop was a bit of a leap for me, it was absolutely worth the trip. The outstanding customer service with genuine care, the communication, and the final result were all outstanding. For all these reasons, I highly recommend Ernie’s Auto Body Shop.

  Above and beyond customer service! The staff is beyond friendly and helpful . Tammy and Karen were amazing and helped me every step of the way dealing with an auto accident.

  I cannot recommend Ernie's Auto Body Shop enough! I stopped in for an issue with my car, and I was blown away by the service. The women at the front desk, Tammy and Karen were incredibly lovely and helpful. ​Instead of telling me to book an appointment for another day, they actually had my car looked at on the spot and fixed the issue right then and there. It is so rare to find a shop this honest and accommodating. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for all my future services. Thank you, you really made my day!

  Do not tow your car to this place. I was forced to pay $2,000 in cash for the towing fee and several days of storage after my car sat in their lot. The entire place reeks of cigarette smoke, and the staff smokes right in front of you. When I decided to tow my car back home, Tammy made the process incredibly difficult. She kept delaying the pickup time from 10 AM to 1 PM, so I finally hired my own tow truck. Even then, they intentionally stalled by taking more than 30 minutes to move the two cars blocking mine. Overall, extremely rude and unprofessional.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ernie’s Auto Body Shop in Hicksville is absolutely outstanding. After my accident, I was stressed about the repair process, but Ernie and his team made everything seamless. The quality of the work is exceptional — my car looks beautiful, like it was never even in an accident. Tammy and Karen in the office were phenomenal. They were kind, patient, professional, and helped me through every step of the process. They truly went above and beyond.
