He indicated a 25 min wait since there were two cars ahead of me in each of their bays. Within about 25 mins, I was pulling my car in the bay. They guided me in, then greated me while still in my car (you remain in the car during service). He asked a few questions and showed me on the computer all of the options, so it was clear to me. This is particularly nice, it makes the oil change more personal and I am not guessing what they have up on the computer screen. I chatted with the person who greeted me. The staff was very friendly and before you knew it I was done. Felt more like getting a hair cut than an oil change. This store definitely cares about customer service. Excellent experience overall. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. And check online for coupons before you visit.
