- GGGAGAMINDec 21, 20241.0I rented a penske truck here for 3 days. The truck was old but it worked fine. When I returned the truck, I filled up the tank at the gas station and the gas gauge was not working. When I returned the truck, I told the employee that the gas gauge was not working and that I just filled up the tank here. The employee was very rude and spoke to me rudely. I showed him the pictures when I first rented the truck and he was very rude and spoke to me rudely. He ended up charging me $95 more. I contacted the Penske representative right away and they said they would take care of it. I don't understand why Penske would do business with a place like this. They are very rude and disrespectful to their customers. They are also unprofessional. Penske, for your own good, do not do business with a place like this. And if you use this place, please take pictures of the evidence. Even with pictures, they only claim to be their own. Be careful.
