  I had an excellent experience buying my car, and a big part of that was thanks to Adrian. From start to finish, Adrian was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made sure I found the right vehicle without any pressure. Adrian explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction, and Adrian definitely does. If you’re looking for a great car buying experience, ask for Adrian you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended!

  I am writing this to warn others about my experience. I feel completely scammed by this dealership. In April 2025, I purchased a used car with a $4,500 down payment, which should have left a remaining balance of $6,000. Instead, under the guise of "helping" us, the dealership financed the vehicle through PNC Bank for nearly $12,000—almost double the actual debt. When we realized the error, we contacted them immediately. Gabriela from the Finance Department assured us they would issue a check to pay off the excess amount they over-financed. I have been chasing them since August to resolve this, and all I have received are excuses: False claims about the bank: They claimed they attempted to send the payment twice and that the bank rejected it. However, we called PNC Bank today (December 30th), and they confirmed there is no record of these attempts nor any reason for a rejection. Broken promises: They told me a check would be ready on Tuesday, Dec 23rd, and then pushed it to Friday, Dec 26th, claiming they were "waiting for a signature." Neither happened. Inconsistent amounts: The latest update is that they issued a check for only $1,900, which does not cover the actual balance of the debt. I have yet to see any image or proof that this check even exists. This situation has been incredibly draining. My wife, who is currently postpartum, has been the one dealing with this constant stress and dishonesty. Our sales representative, Katherine Portillo, was attentive during the sale, but her responsibility ended the moment we signed. She handed us off to the finance department, where the experience has been a nightmare. My advice: If you are looking for a car, reconsider going elsewhere. If you are already in the process of buying here, get everything in writing. Do not trust their word, as they do not honor it.

  I was afraid at first. Very afraid as I entered the dealership jungle. I was met by a local name “Tony” Edwin. I was on my guard. My previous experience in the wilds was at a dealership that rhymes with willenium. I barely left with my life. I was squeezed by the dreaded sales python but managed to escape. A story for another day. Back to “Tony”. He guided me through the jungle labyrinth. At times the trails were difficult to navigate but at the end - success!!! I reached my goal. A deal was struck. A new 2026 Traverse was within my grasp! I was led to an intoxicating princess of captivating beauty named Sooooolllie from Ecuador. We talked about the Galapagos, the Incas and her strange love of Guinea pigs. But I digress. She assisted me through the final process of paperwork and a strange handshake in which I had to spit on my palm. Payment was made. This is when I met the chief. A large Siberian named after an Italian city. Strange. He wished to toss me and show off his incredible Sambo skills which made him leader of the tribe. I declined. Respectfully. Never anger a Siberian brown bear my grandmother always told me. He did give me a keychain and a somewhat painful looking mouth movement that resembled a smile which was sort of nice but a little scary at the same time. Deal completed. With keys in hand I drove off in my new Traverse in search of my next adventure. In short there is no better Chevrolet Dealership in Long Island or quite possibly the continental United States than Empire Chevrolet. My Thanks to Edwin.   Worst dealership I have ever been to. No one is working. They all just stand around the front desk doing nothing. Ontop of that they lie. I had an appt. At 6pm and they texted me confirming and everything. The car still wasn’t there till 730pm. Pierre is the worst salesman. I don’t think he could oxygen to a human. Place is a joke. Only good actor there is Oscar. I’m sure they will respond to this and say none of this happened but I recorded all the calls. And pictures of all 5 different prices they gave me. I just woke up and I’m still frustrated with the process. If you don’t believe how badly this story is call them and ask about the kid with the bmw. I was in the with 15k cash ready to drive a car off the lot. But they had ZERO flexibility. They took 1k off probably for making us wait alone for 2 hours. If they came down just another thousand they would have sold a car that day. But Pierre is so out of touch I need Oscar to hold his hand. The whole experience truly ruined my Christmas. Lets see if the owner has the confidence to respond to this. i would love to hear his explanation
