They helped me out. Other inspection center at pep boys did not honor my appointment I scheduled over a week before and told me to wait 2 weeks. Thanks Mavis Tire team!
- DBDavid Bond5 days ago3.0Got a decent set of new tires with the promise of a manufacturers' rebate. They gave me a paper form, which was not current with the manufacturers' website. I got about 30% of the promised refund. Went in for a free tire rotation. Made an appointment on line but was told it would be an hour or an hour and a half. I offered to come back an hour later and still waited for 45 minutes before I gave up. Not sure what the point of an appointment was. Not a nice waiting area.

Four other places turned me away saying they couldn’t help me or the prices were sky high. The gentleman behind the counter named Elijah was phenomenal and worked through everything with me! Went out looked at my car and explained I needed all tires done (which is true) but understood at the moment I could only do the one. Literally had me in and out within less than an hour. Will be returning soon to replace my other three tires! Thank you guys so very much!!!
- JPJames PApr 16, 20265.0I have had now two wonderful experiences with Mavis Tire on Jefferson Rd. Yesterday I brought in a flat tire before work and within an hour received a call it was fixed. When I picked it up after work they had repaired it and didn’t even charge me. This also happened last September. Tamara was incredibly friendly and I highly recommend this business.
