  I dropped my car off the first week of February for repairs. They estimated it would take 10 days to finish. Didn't even get my car into the garage to look at it for 4 days, stating "It needs to wait in line to get disassembled". If the drop off date is seen as a suggestion I should've known the rest of the experience would be garbage. They then call me to tell me the USED car door they were going to install had prior damage that they couldn't fix NOT ONCE did anyone state a USED CAR PART was being installed on my car. Mind you insurance is paying for the whole deal so why are they trying to make it cheaper for the insurance company? Something smells fishy there. So now they're waiting for the new door to come in while my car sits disassembled in their garage and I'm wasting my money on a rental because they didn't want to charge insurance for a new door in the first place. 0/10 DO NOT bring your car here.

  This place is so lack luster, they have had my car for two months, I called a month into it they told me they had all the parts they’d got there the day prior and they’d have a time frame for finishing it by the end of the week, another couple weeks go by, they give us their word that Friday it’ll be done no later… Friday comes and goes, they say Tuesday, no later. Monday comes we wanna know what time Tuesday so we call, they say Thursday it will be done! In the mean time I’ve had to pay out of pocket for my rental, I’ve had to uber to work, and pay people for gas! In total I’ve spent 700$ to be without a vehicle, and they still expect the deductible of course! So they have cost me more already than what my deductible cost and I still have to make it to and from work three more days, it’s costing me 80$ a day to uber! To sum my experience up, it has sucked, all they have done is lie, and they’re very slow!

  Great customer service. Had a small mishap right after a service and they fixed it for free even though it was my fault. Greatly appreciated and would def use again

  Do not use this shop. They will make the outside look pretty but damage the inside. They took two weeks because they do a 5 second estimate to order parts so they had to order more so I was with a car for two weeks. There is check engine light that came on after they had possession and claimed it’s not from the crash. It was inspected by the dealer ship a week before hitting a deer. I did have drive the car for a month before the repairs could be done with no engine light on. They informed me the engine light was due to an O2 sensor in the coolant system based on past history that was before I had the crash. They flat out told me that insurance wouldn’t cover that. They indicated that is why the vent system wasn’t, Okay. I’ll take it to a specialist. They failed to tell me that it’s affecting my AW drive so it malfunctions and says 2w mode engaged. This is of course in midwinter. The person who answered the phone was very short with me and said we told you that would happen and you can’t talk to the person who is in charge of the case because she took lunch at 10:45a. I will give them partial credit for allowing me to drop off early. They told me when I scheduled they don’t do drop offs then when I called back the next they could since I was asking about having a friend do the drop off. The partial credit it cancelled out by the fact they barely have room for the cars they take on.
