  Rental truck was practically new and setup perfectly for my needs. Staff was very accommodating and friendly as well.

  The Summit Point office in Rochester NY caused me to lose $3000 by renigging on the rental of a box truck. After paying for the rental and obtaining insurance through Enterprise rental, I returned to pick up the box truck, and was told they could not rent the vehicle to me unless I had a $1,000,000 insurance policy. I believe this was a deterrent to discourage me from renting equipment from that office. Then a customer came in to return a box truck and I asked the customer if they had to have a $1,000,000 insurance policy, the gentleman said "no, I did not have to have a $1,000,000 insurance policy to rent the truck. So then, why did I have to have one?
