I asked who they had listed for the noon appointment, and I was told they had two appointments at 11:30 and another at 2:00—but still couldn’t take my car today because they were behind. No attempt was made to accommodate the appointment I had already booked. I’m extremely disappointed. I had planned to order new winter tires for my other vehicle through them today as well, but I am canceling that order. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable, and they have lost my business.

The store checked me in, printed the work order, took my keys, and told me to pick up later. I paid for an Uber to work. Thirty minutes later, Terrence called and first claimed I chose the wrong size, apparently referencing the wrong trim. After I clarified, he changed to saying I should have called instead of using the online reservation and that the tires weren’t available. He then refused to continue the conversation and hung up. When I returned, he couldn’t provide an ETA for the tires or suggest another store that might have them, only offered different tires. The biggest issue is confirming the appointment and taking my car before telling me they didn’t have the product. This wasted my time and money and showed poor coordination and customer service. I filed a corporate complaint regarding this incident (Case #1046627). Work order #131546. December 24 update: No one from Mavis has reached out. Downgrading from 3 stars to 2 stars.
