- TVTiffany VanAuker5 days ago5.0Leaving work at 3:30 on a Friday and coming out to a flat tire was not how I wanted to start my weekend. I could see a screw in the tire and the tire was completely flat! After getting the spare on I headed over to the Mavis location on Jefferson Rd in Henrietta. I walked in a was immediately greeted and I explained my tire issue. The technician came out to my SUV to look at the tire and because of where the screw was in the tire it was not able to be plugged (the tow truck driver who put the spare on had told me the same thing). We went back inside and I was shown 3 options of a tire to purchase…no pressure to buy any particular brand or more than the one tire I needed. I made my choice, they brought my SUV into the garage and mounted the new tire! I was in and out of there in less than an hour!! I had some great conversation with the technician in the sales room and couldn’t be happier with my experience and the service!! Thank you Mavis…you had me on my way to start my weekend in no time with a brand new tire!! I highly recommend this location for your tire needs!!
