However, I was really disappointed in how I was treated after a mishap during my last oil change and tire rotation. They finished quickly and when I got in the car, I immediately noticed it was making a noise that it previously had not. I fiddled a little & realized it was when I turned my AC up. I immediately went back in & shared this. I was first told- they were no where near the AC when they worked. The employee did follow me to my car- then told me he didn't hear anything. (It was bothersome enough that when I returned home with my car my husband wouldn't even drive with the air on at all) When I turned it on full blast, the employee told me that he did hear something and that when they took the cabin air filter out to check it, it was a little chewed up from a rodent and it was probably debris from a nest that fell in there or debris from the damaged air filter. He did not offer to look at it all and I left. I spent the week wondering if I would end up paying for a repair, but also not trusting the shop enough to want to revisit. A week later when I had pulled the filter out to replace just as a start, I found an item from my glove box wedged underneath my cabin air filter. It must have slipped under there while they were checking it. Immediately the noise stopped. I'm hoping there was no other damage caused. I'm truly disappointed with how I was treated. I could see how the item slipped in, but did not appreciate the way I was brushed off. This long term customer will be moving on & sharing my story with friends.
