  I dropped my car off the first week of February for repairs. They estimated it would take 10 days to finish. Didn't even get my car into the garage to look at it for 4 days, stating "It needs to wait in line to get disassembled". If the drop off date is seen as a suggestion I should've known the rest of the experience would be garbage. They then call me to tell me the USED car door they were going to install had prior damage that they couldn't fix NOT ONCE did anyone state a USED CAR PART was being installed on my car. Mind you insurance is paying for the whole deal so why are they trying to make it cheaper for the insurance company? Something smells fishy there. So now they're waiting for the new door to come in while my car sits disassembled in their garage and I'm wasting my money on a rental because they didn't want to charge insurance for a new door in the first place. 0/10 DO NOT bring your car here.

  This place is so lack luster, they have had my car for two months, I called a month into it they told me they had all the parts they’d got there the day prior and they’d have a time frame for finishing it by the end of the week, another couple weeks go by, they give us their word that Friday it’ll be done no later… Friday comes and goes, they say Tuesday, no later. Monday comes we wanna know what time Tuesday so we call, they say Thursday it will be done! In the mean time I’ve had to pay out of pocket for my rental, I’ve had to uber to work, and pay people for gas! In total I’ve spent 700$ to be without a vehicle, and they still expect the deductible of course! So they have cost me more already than what my deductible cost and I still have to make it to and from work three more days, it’s costing me 80$ a day to uber! To sum my experience up, it has sucked, all they have done is lie, and they’re very slow!

  Great customer service. Had a small mishap right after a service and they fixed it for free even though it was my fault. Greatly appreciated and would def use again

  Let me preface this by saying I have sent vehicles to various other collision shops in the past and have never been this displeased. One would think that when dropping off a vehicle for repairs they would fix all damages. When we picked up our pickup it was dusty/dirty, which it was when we dropped it off however in all my other experiences my vehicles have been nicely detailed on the exterior, and furthermore how is the damage truly assessed on a dirty vehicle? Additionally there were and still are small dents in the passenger door that were not there prior to the deer hit. They claimed to paint the passenger fender, however they must have only painted a portion of it as there was previous damage to it and it is still there. There is overspray down the side of the truck that you can clearly feel. Overall the worst experience I have had especially after the bar had been set with my previous interactions with other shops.
