  Ivan & his team provided me w/ 1 of the best customer service experiences I've EVER had! I had to move things from New York to Pennsylvania in a blizzard in January & they let me return my truck to their Erie PA location, due to the weather, even though Enterprise truck rentals don't officially allow it. My truck also got stuck in the snow and they had roadside assistance @ my vehicle immediately to assist. Again, these are seriously good guys who did everything they could to help me!!

  Jack and Ivan were awesome to work with for our van rental. The vehicles are clean and easy to drive. I am a return customer due to the great and respectful service I receive from this company.

  Leaving for a trip to Newfoundland, my nephew rented the truck. he had talking to the area managers, the people working there constantly for 3 weeks about what we needed. A crew cab 3/4 to with a tonneau cover. he was told emphatically everything was set and it would be waiting for us. When we arrived, we were told the same thing. 45 minutes later, with no communication, we were told they had ordered the wrong size tonneau cover ( short by 6"), so they said they had another truck available. I was asked how much I would be towing, I gave them the specs of the trailer and weight. they said we are now getting a 1/2 ton but needed to wait for a new tonneau cover for it.
