  Complete waste of time. The staff is rude and dismissive, and their time estimates are completely dishonest. I waited for hours for a car that never arrived. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place.

  I had very positive experience at the Hempstead location. They expertly corrected a problem I had with the vehicle. Stuff happens no-one is perfect, but the when a company can resolve the problem fairly, that is all you should ask. Five+ Stars for customer service.

  If i could give them 0 stars i would. they gave a car with no registration, bad breaks, it smelt like smoke, burn marks all over the car, air pressure on tires kept fluctuating, and car play didn’t work. The whole car was horrible. They were very unprofessional, they charged almost 700 dollars to give us a bad car. Do NOT go there. emphasis on the NOT.
