As you can see in the photos, there were barely any cars available when I showed up to pick up a vehicle I had already reserved ahead of time. Not exactly what you want to deal with when you’re on a schedule. To their credit, the staff did drive me to another location to get a car in the class I originally reserved, so they found a solution. This also seems to be the case at a lot of other locations too. One upside is that if your car is being serviced at a nearby auto shop or body shop, this Enterprise is often within walking distance. And if it’s not, they’re usually pretty good about driving you over to your car once it’s ready.

Sure you have to wait sometimes as it can get busy, but they process you as quickly as possible and I never had an issue. Compare to other rental car establishments, this place is great. Highly recommend!
