  I do not recommend this Enterprise car rental company to anyone !! The address is incorrect on their website so it caused a delay in picking up the vehicle. Once I arrived to Enterprise, the employee was extremely passive and had no customer service knowledge at all. He looked up my reservation details and quickly let me know the vehicle I requested was not available. He mentioned a downgraded vehicle was available but would be the same price. How is that possible ? A smaller vehicle in size and quality is the same price as a luxury mid size SUV ? Strike 2. Seeing as how I was leaving town that morning and needed an SUV to hold at least 5 people, including luggage. Zero compassion what-so-ever. Shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do. Did not offer an alternative. In fact had me waiting over an hour trying to get a car rental. Another employee, Crystal attempted to help find a car, but no luck. By that time I was exhausted by the lack of assistance. Thankfully I was able to rent a car last minute but NEVER ! EVER ! WILL I EVER RETURN TO THIS BUSINESS. Save yourself the headache and just book elsewhere. You're welcome.

  Great customer service, Kareem was Knowledgeable, polite and prompt. Addressed me by name every time. Will use this location again

  I was supposed to have a complimentary rental from the body shop (Wreck and Mend) but this information was not properly communicated to the enterprise associates - when attempting to relay the info, the associate did not do their due diligence to help me with my claim and instead charged me 300 dollars for a rental car for less than 48 hours. She never called the shop to confirm or anything. Not to mention they have a relationship with this shop. When I returned the car they said they will need to receive a check from the body shop before they issue me a refund. Causing me to drive to the shop and back to give them a check to ensure I receive my refund. Very disappointing. No initiative taken whatsoever.
