  My experience was not good. Reserved a car two weeks in advance (full size). When I arrived for my rental they didn’t have the car I reserved. Told me they would give me an upgrade. Upgrade was a Nissan Kik. Less leg room and less storage space. Had no choice but to take the car because we were leaving for vacation that morning. Oh the Kik had a 10 gallon gas tank..300 miles for full tank. Had to stop more times for gas because of it. Call the location I rented from to see if when I got to Florida I could change out the car for what I reserved in the first place. Was told they couldn’t call a place and set it up for me. I would have to go and find and enterprise and make arrangements myself. I ended up keeping the car for the 12 days because I didn’t feel like taking time from my vacation for their nonsense. Also the Nissan Kik is not an upgrade from a full size car.

  I Had the fortunate opportunity to patronize this establishment due to an unfortunate automobile accident I was involved in. The only bright light in my car being totaled was Emily, Jacqueline and John. They all went out of their way to ease my burden. I am forever grateful and appreciative for the incredible care and kindness they afforded me. Thank you. By the way, Hats off to their parents for doing an amazing job. These young folks were extremely respectful. Choose Enterprise of Harriman for your rental needs. You won’t be disappointed.

  Horrible I will never rent from this place again Assist Manager Jackie is horrible and rude she is not a people person and she feels like people is rude she is the one nasty unprofessional and rude all the time . If Jackie is there and she has to help don’t rent from Harriman she is horrible
