  I reserved a car here and on my lunch break I went to go pick it up. I took an Uber, which was extremely expensive when I got there. They told me the car I reserved was no longer available and they would not be doing anything to accommodate me I called corporate corporate, said they would fix it and then refused to answer my calls and then never called me back. They got me written up at work and still tried to charge my card. Do not use this place this is a scam place. Your information is probably being stolen by their subpar staff.

  ****DO NOT USE THIS PLACe. Will be added to online database of horrible businesses that rip people off. My fiancée had a reservation for 9 AM yesterday morning While our car was in the shop. When she called to check in and say she was outside, they told her they had no car available before her, and they would not be upgrading her. She said she lived over an hour away, and this was the enterprise it brought her to And she had no ride from there.the woman told her “ that’s unfortunate” and hung up. I called corporate and corporate told me they would fix it and send an Uber and do a bunch of stuff and go above and beyond and they did none of it. They never even called my fiancée back. She was almost fired because My fiancé was late for work all because enterprise did not want to hold up their end of the contract. if I could give negative stars, I would. She checked in online and the night before as well as before she drove there in the morning. Corporate completely lied and said they would handle it and for me not to call a lawyer

  After making sure I drop Of vehicle even before estimate drop of time I was still charged extra fee for extended time.definetly will consider different car rentals for future.
