  Zackery was the best. This was my first time using Safelite and they did not disappoint. My first windshield that was to be put in my car had a problem with it that Zackery spotted it right away. He apologized and went right away to pick up a new one to put in. He was back within less than 25 MINUTES with a new windshield. Zackery was very kind and knowledgeable explained everything he was doing. Safelite is lucky to have Zackery.

  I wish ZERO stars was an option! Communication was TERRIBLE! My car was dropped off before 9:30am; the first communication received was a text at 3:30PM that they were STARTING the replacement. No additional communication was received until 4:50pm when the employee from the site phoned to say the car was ready, but that they were closing in TEN minutes. At 5:04pm I received a text saying the camera was recalibrated successfully. Allstate told me they were open until 6pm when scheduling and nothing different was mentioned at drop off. Additionally my car was left UNLOCKED WITH KEY IN DOOR for pick up with the office LOCKED. When I received my phone call that it was ready, he offered leaving it unlocked with key inside and I clearly stated NO. We have been victims of car theft; I told him that and he told me a manager would wait until I arrived to pick it up, within 15-20 minutes of original finished call. No employee was on site, but plenty of landscapers and other large in the parking lot. Disgusting lack of disrespect for others property and unprofessional communication and conduct, I will NEVER use Safelite again and will ABSOLUTELY DISCOURAGE EVERYONE ELSE!

  My car was serviced promptly. The car was given back to me clean, with no signs that it had been worked on other than the new windshield. They even put the inspection and registration stickers back on straight. Well done!
