  Iv never once gotten the vehicle type that I order from them. I’ll book a luxury suv and be given a sedan and told “that’s all we have”. It’s happened 3 times now and I won’t be going back

  Highly recommend this location in Hamburg NY! Customer service is A+++ we needed something quick and they were there for us. Will definitely be a future customer of this location💫🌟 They gave us an upgrade at no extra charge because what we reserved was not available. My hubby was a very happy customer!

  Haley and Louis at the camp rd location have the best customer service, they go above and beyond, everytime. Without asking. They make sure your experience is easy fast and to your satisfaction. I would recommend this Enterprise location even if it's a little drive just because of the customer service. Thanks guys. (CAMP RD HAMBURG NY 14075 Location).
