- ZSZak SuchDec 2, 20251.0I am anticipating quite a wonderful window replacement on my truck I’m sure the techs are great but I have to wonder how the business can even function when there appointment windows have an arrival time of “anywhere between 8am-6pm arrival time for the technician” they had to cancel my appointment today and now I’m taking a second day off of work and the tightest arrival time they could give me is “anywhere between 1pm-6pm” it’s like the owner has no sense of logistics and it feels like the company has no possible way of knowing when they will show up to do the work until the day after it’s done; that’s an insane time frame, I can’t imagine any company in the world getting away with that other than ones that are incahoots with the insurance company, that’s absolutely insane even for a bad mobile service
