Two tires on my car were still good and I was able to just keep them. The only thing is that they charged me for recycling fee on those tires and I am still waiting to get a refund for that money.

Ummm yes cuz I was told an hr max. All bays were empty and my car sat in parking lot for 20 mins before going into shop. Then another 10 mins before going on the lift. When finished I asked the gentleman if he torqued my lugs. He said yes to 110 ft lbs. I said my car should only be 80 ft lbs (he Google and says you're correct) then proceeds to hand me my keys and says I'm good to go. Ummm so you're not going to pull car back into shop and torque to the correct ft lbs? No sir you did not. You failed to make good customer service.

- MFMichael FixOct 20, 20254.0Went in to have tires and sensors put on brought my own tires, they told me $525. $80 per sensor when there is an autozone next door that sells 4 sensors for $150. At any rate I argued that new sensors were put in 2 months prior and not working. Only one needed replacement. They discovered an issue from the previous center i went to and fixed it. Total cost ended up being $204. Much less than $525. I appreciated their honesty but having taken automechanics classes i know what parts cost and what is excessive, i had to argue and threaten to leave to get the price and care i should have gotten to begin with or i would’ve given 5 stars
