  Dropped off my car at 10am to get tires put on, was told it would be ready and i’d get a call before 4 o’clock. At 4:25pm i called to get an update because i had no yet received a call. Man on phone tells me they are pulling it in right now and it will be done in 25-30 minutes. So at 5:15 i leave work on my lunch break and go to pick it up. I walk in and there is one guy working, he’s sitting down stuffing his face with a large bag of doritos and has a vape in front of him. I tell him i’m there to pick up my car and he tells me it wasn’t started yet. He then tells me it will be done in about half hour. I already left work and came here after when you said it would be ready. You tell me 4pm. then you tell me 5pm. and now it’s 5:20pm and it hasn’t even been started and your sitting down with your chips and a vape. how professional is this. worst experience and never will go again. Man was very rude and obviously unprofessional.

  Great service, friendly owner, stayed true to estimated cost. I was in and out for a muffler repair in about an hour.

  Had a terrible experience a few weeks ago. I made an appointment for Sunday at 12:00 for an oil change and inspection. It took an hour on the phone to make the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment I was told they couldn’t do an inspection due to their machine not working. I asked why no one called prior to my appointment and he then said he didn’t have my appointment on his schedule. He said I could still leave my vehicle, he would try to see if he could get the machine to work and would do the oil change. I left, came back at 4:30 (they closed at 5:00). My car had not even been touched. He said they hadn’t had time to do it yet! 4.5 hours later and my car hadn’t been serviced yet! I left and had it done at another shop, will not be going back!

  Brought my car in on Saturday for shocks. I did not get a phone call until Monday night that the car was ready. I tried to pick it up on Tuesday (today) at 8am. The tech said that he could not open the hood. I left shortly after and called about the update. He said that the fuel pump needed to be replaced. The car was running perfectly fine. They messed something up and now the car won't start! Never again going to this place. Very bad customer service and practice.
