They said I can take it in and they can look and see if the rim is bent, well they should be able to tell me that already because what did I pay for in the first place between new tires, valve stems wheel alignment/balance and install.

With tax, disposal, balance, etc the total came to approximately $888.00, which was a fair price. My wife double checked with Tyler to make sure the price was saved in the computer, and put a $25 deposit down to make sure. She went shopping across the street, and I went to Mavis to get the tires without knowing what they quoted her. They charged me $990 for the tires, which was $100 more than quoted. They didn't even have the quote saved, and they neglected to include the $25 deposit she had put down. When we got home and she saw what they charged, she called and talked to the manager, who said there was nothing that he could do because I agreed to the price (unknowingly). He did finally refund the $25 deposit (which was hard to argue over, we had a receipt). So we are out an extra $100 because they didn't save the quote, and they actually had her in the computer as Sherly instead of Cheryl, even though the name is spelled right on the credit card. They offered a free oil change, but I don't even want to go back again.
