    Received a vehicle on behalf of an insurance claim after I was hit…… they delivered to me in Angola…..agents name was Ethan he was very kind and answered questions quickly…….took me over just about all features of vehicle…….he is a great representative of Enterprise….. I give them five stars

    Louis has been involved in my last three rental experiences with Enterprise and Hamburg location. With one rental, there was an issue getting the correct vehicle and he did everything in his powers to secure the vehicle and communicated throughout the entire process. Louis Is an asset to the Hamburg location and Enterprise rentals.

    I came in on Saturday, and was helped by Ethan and Louis. Ethan was quick and knowledgeable and got me into a vehicle right away, and I overheard Louis (the manager based on the business cards) displaying such great professionalism over the phone with various customers. Would definitely come back and recommend next time I’m in town!
