  Purchased a brand new Forest River wildwood FSX in 2024. A couple days after purchase I received a call that I was given the wrong camper and that I could either redo paperwork and keep the camper or they could drive to my house and pick up the the camper I had and drop off the correct camper. I chose to have them drop off the correct camper to make it easier for everyone. This was the worst decision I could have made. Initially going through the camper they dropped off I noticed the glue on the shower wall was bumpy in to spots but thought nothing of it. Fast forward a year, to the end of the 2025 season. I’m closing the camper and winterizing. I noticed mold on the wall under the bunks. I check the roof and find that at the corner there was a portion that had never been sealed correctly. I brought the camper back to camping world and the reassured me it would be covered under warranty. Well 2 weeks later the call me and tell me the found the leak (I already showed them the leak) and it would cost $4000. Long story short I fought with them and finally got the repair covered. When the repair was finally complete I arrived to camping world to find my shower vent wide open with a bucket full of water sitting in the shower. As well as greasy boot prints all over the bunks. Last weekend while going through the camper I found those spots in the shower where the glue looked bumpy were extremely soft. So when they did the repair on the one wall with the bunks they failed to look for anywhere else water could have run from that leak. I called service and left multiple messages but they haven’t responded to me. I now plan on replacing the shower walls myself because I don’t trust camping world.

  I just bought a camper 2 weeks ago and my salesman joe was really nice and super cool. I have been waiting on a part for 2 weeks now, and I don't blame the salesman here but I'm getting frustrated on the lack of communication. also delayed parts via mail it happens. I need to plan this out to have someone help me get the camper home. I'm trying to be patient and I'm just looking for some information or eta something. I left voice mails for service wed,fri, sat and no call backs. also I did today at 1130am. still nothing. :/ this place needs to do better for sure on customer relations for service. edit: they finally got my camper all set picked it up and the staff was nice a sympathetic to my situation. they are nice to help me hook up to my camper so I added a star. I still wish the had a better system for communication but it evens out with staff willing to help you wirh anything while on site.

  My husband and I went in to find some things for camping this summer. We were the only people in the store and we were followed around the whole time we were shopping. Very uncomfortable, couldn’t get out of the store fast enough.

  Absolutely terrible experience. We made an appointment to come see a specific unit. I spoke to Brenden on the phone and over text to set up the appointment. We drove over two and a half hours to check out the camper just to be told when we arrive that the camper was no longer available because they sent it to auction. I even texted the day before we drove out to confirm our appointment. They had us drive a total of 5 hours and 45 minutes to look at a camper they knew wasn't there. That is absolutely unacceptable. Of course Brenden did not meet with us face to face when we arrived for our appointment, they made Samuel give us the news that we drove all that way for no reason. I will say Samuel was professional, and genuinely seemed to feel bad about the situation. This was our first time visiting a camping world, and it will be without a doubt our last time.

  I have never felt respected at this place. The staff treat me like an idiot. They disregard whatever I say as if they're not hearing me. They have little knowledge about their own products and it is clear to me that there only objective is making a sale. They seem to care less about selling me what I want but do their best to pressure me into buying something they believe is close. Nothing frustrates me more than sales staff who will argue with me about why I should buy their product. It shows a gross lack of respect for the customer! Their poor service is also evident in the very high turnover of their employees.
