  I took my car here to get the battery replaced after realizing AutoZone does a free install with purchase. Ruth was amazing. She helped suggest which battery to go with, and installed it herself. She was so kind and helpful. I will always get my battery replacements from here moving forward!!

  I had a very unpleasant experience with one of your after-sales staff — a white man with a beard. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked him where I could find bicycle stickers. Instead of helping me, he pretended not to understand what I was saying and asked me to write it down. When I wrote it down, he gave me a dirty look. I find it very hard to believe that he could not understand the word “bicycle” unless I spelled it out. After I spelled it, he threw the paper into the trash in front of me and aggressively said, “Aisle 15,” while staring at me in a hostile way. His behavior felt disrespectful and discriminatory. I don’t understand why someone with this kind of attitude is working in customer service. Customers deserve basic respect, regardless of language or background. Very disappointing experience.

  The young men working at the Halfmoon autozone today deserve a 7 star today. They all helped my son and I out in a situation with my car in the freezing cold when they didn’t have to. Matt especially was so helpful he went way above and beyond with his advice and services!!! A big thanks to Matt and the Autozone team working on Super Bowl Sunday! I’ll be a repeat customer for sure now!!!!

  On Saturday 1/31/26 my mother-in-law's car wouldn't start. I went to the Advanced Auto Part in Clifton Park, asked for quotes for a new battery and asked about their policy to install the battery. They were nice enough but gave many store policy reasons as to why they wouldn't be able to install the battery even though they advertise that they will. We drove across the street to Auto Zone and Ruth Rivera greeted us as soon as we walked in. Ruth answered all of our questions, helping us make the best choice. When I asked Ruth about the battery installation policy, she was so nice and polite and said that she could definitely help. Mind you, this was literally the coldest day of the year, with wind chill it was below zero. Not only was she knowledgeable, she was so nice the entire time, talking with us about our kids and family. She installed the battery, right there with no issues in the freezing cold. She even installed a windshield wiper for us. I will tell everyone I know about Ruth. She was amazing. Thank you so much Ruth! The store is very clean and welcoming too.
