  Stopped here an a trip with a flat tire, they gave it to us how it was, and even though they were clearly busy with all bays full and more vehicles being dropped off, it only took about an hour which is what they said it would be when we got there. They had fair prices for a tire shop as well The only extra thing they mentioned was something we already knew was going to need serviced soon, very happy with the service and pricing especially since we were half way across the country from home.

  The staff was courteous and helpful in setting up the appointment and work to be done. Work was done in a timely manner and seemed to be done correctly. The only minor shortcomings were I would have preferred a better explanation of the charges and would have liked a description of potential issues.

  Took my car to them for inspection. They got me in in no time. Very respectful about a small request I had. They even tried to joke around with me a little about the results (not my personal brand of humor, but I respect the attempt)

  The gentlemen working the front desk was irritated by something, when I walked in for a drop off appointment he asked me same questions 3 times then asked me my number repeatedly. He was acting like I was a bother . I Don't care the reason .I told him to wake up .So I took my tire and wheel someplace else. That Monroe was my favorite and the guys at the front desk always were great You better put this guy back on the wrenches he's terrible with customers. .

  Terrible experience, I brought my car in for a flat when I got there, they had one person working on cars. I brought my car in at 830 I didn’t get it back until 12pm and still had to come back to have an alignment done. Not only was it very understaffed and overpriced. The person working on my car was rude and made comments as I was leaving about me. I will never go here again, and I’ll make sure everyone I know will never go here again. Terrible experience since management changed.
