  Today driving in from Rochester for a training my new car that I got through Carvana was dragging on the bottom of the whole way. The gentleman at the desk was incredibly kind and helped me with a temporary fix until I can get things handled with Carvana, he quickly got me in there and I really appreciated it because it will get me back to Rochester.

  I have never worked with a more incompetent shop. Had no idea how to fix my car. Would not recommend this shop called Monro ever.

  Went in for an inspection, found some additional problems that were going to be an expensive fix due to part scarcity, but they were honest about the whole process. Unfortunate outcome but they were transparent about everything.

  I bought my car last year and I need an inspection. They told me my signal light where out. Need to replace to pass my inspection. Which is been working fine. But i decide not to do it. So I have to pay 21 for fail but they removed my inspection sticker that was due on 1/26 and they game me a paper where my inspection due was 12/25 which is not true. I called them and said why you guys lie about and I want it to change it. And they that paper doesnt matter what matter is your inspiration sticker. I just said you guys removed it..and that paper you gave and if the cops stop me because I dont have one and you gave me one that expired on December. I. Gonna be on trouble. So I said to change it. And he said is against the law. And I said is against the law to lie too. Why did you took my sticker and put a wrong date due. An pretty much cant do anything and thats all he said. Which that is unprofessional. Take off my sticker and change the due date. That is against the law. If you dont knoe much about cars. They will rip of your wallet for stuff you dont need. Horrible. Karma is a b...! This happened yesterday. February 5 2026.

  Very courteous and helpful. I left my car overnight in the parking lot. I had my car keys with me, and the driver side front window was rolled down. The mechanic who work on my car, taped a plastic sheet over the window, so the rain couldn’t get in.
