    I would give zero stars if possible. Tech never checked the repair, problem wasn't fixed, wanted to charge an additional $500.00 to “possibly” fix it. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

    Charge to change wheel $36 ea and that doesn't include checking if the tire is good. Desk agent forgot I was changing seasonal tires and automatically charged a disposal fee for my all-seasons (eyeroll). 20 mins after driving away my tires needed air.

    My daughter took her car here because her ABS lights came on. They called her and said she was all set. $3100 later, she drove a couple blocks and had little to no brakes and then her hood flew open. When she returned to Monroe just a few minutes later the ASM said she shouldn't have been allowed to leave with the brakes like that (duh). 2 days later she got a call to pick up her car but no resolution to the hood flying open and damage to the hood from flying open. Manager and Corporate "not answering" though they had told her they needed to make a claim. A week later they are now telling her that they had noted that the hood latch was rusty and that's why it had flown open and wasn't their fault at all. At no time was this mentioned and no where on her paperwork was this noted. This was just an excuse so that they didn't have to fix it. And now to top it all off her ABS lights are back on and they told her there was nothing they could do. $3100!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!
