- NMNick Mazzucca1 day ago5.0I recently had an issue with a tire losing air and ultimately becoming flat. I took my car over to Adirondack Tire (Now owned by Mavis) and was assisted by the general Manager Frederick who was very kind and got me in and out very quickly. Turns out he and his team determined what was thought to be a puncture and the cost of a full tire replacement to just be a valve stem leaking (which was much cheaper ) !!! Frederick gave me a great price and was a pleasure to speak with about future assistance and maintenance for my vehicle. I would highly recommend their services !!!

They gave me a quote on other work that needed to be done when I was getting my tires done and had me take a picture of the computer screen with the price. Then wouldn’t honor the price at the time of appointment saying labor was not included in the quote. Who does that? What a waste of time.
- ATAnmol ToorFeb 6, 20265.0I went to Monroe and they gave me an estimate that over charged me by a lot. They were going to charge me $340 for each brake, I needed all 4 replaced. I reviewed the estimate with autozone and they confirmed they are over charging me. I then found Adirondack and Walt was patient with me over the phone and provided an estimate of $525 approx for all 4 brake replacements together. This is all without labor costs. Monro also said there was another part that needed to be replaced and when Fredrick at Adirondack assessed, he determined it did not need replacement, he was also very kind at the counter. Over all, much more honest and reliable service at Adirondack. I would 100% recommend them to anyone else.
